Sandy and deep soil, dry climate, scarce rains, hot summers and very cold winters provides the ideal eco-system for a high quality wine at 1,450 meters above sea level.
Vinification process: Traditional without maceration.

Color: Attractive gold color with green refections. Brilliant, smooth with important tears.
Nose: It offers tropical aromas like banana and melon, in balance with notes of mature fruits.
Palate: It is sweet, suggestive, with tropical fruits appearance.

Food and Wine matching: With appetizer, bittersweet plates or desserts.
Consumption temperature: 6º/ 8ºC
